About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic VP of Revenue Operations to lead the optimization of our revenue engine across all markets. This role is critical in supporting the company's growth and profitability by improving end-to-end revenue processes, data quality, forecasting accuracy, and overall commercial performance. Reporting initially into the CFO, the VP of Revenue Operations will work closely with the wider executive team, GTM leadership, and the Data & Analytics / FP&A organization to bring clarity, rigor, and alignment across the revenue lifecycle. The initial phase of the role will be a highly hands-on build and reset period, operating with imperfect information and lean resources, with a strong focus on diagnosing issues, setting clear priorities, and establishing core operating rhythms and foundations before scaling people, systems, and processes.

What You Will Be Doing

Roles and responsibilities include:

  • Foundational Build: Lead the reset and build of core revenue operations foundations, prioritizing initiatives with the greatest commercial impact.
  • Scalable Processes: Develop and implement pragmatic systems across the revenue cycle and customer journey, starting with lightweight solutions before introducing complexity.
  • Strategic Partnership: Partner with senior leadership to define and sequence revenue priorities, making explicit trade-offs across people, process, and tooling.
  • Revenue Analytics: Manage pipeline metrics and forecasting to provide actionable insight, focusing on signal over noise.
  • Tech Stack Management: Oversee the evolution of the CRM and sales technology stack, simplifying where possible to ensure tools serve the operating model.
  • Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing RevOps team over time, starting hands-on and scaling as the foundations mature.
  • Enablement: Develop training and operational collateral only where there is a clear impact on execution.
  • Cross-functional Alignment: Work with product and growth marketing to align on messaging and GTM execution.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct targeted performance analysis to identify high-leverage actions for improvement.

Who We Are Looking For

The successful candidate will demonstrate:

  • A Proven Track Record: Extensive experience at a senior level in RevOps or Sales Ops within a SaaS or technology company. Comfortable transitioning from strategy to hands-on execution.
  • Leadership Capability: Experience leading revenue operations to success, with the ability to adapt leadership styles as the business context evolves.
  • Technical Expertise: Expert proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce), automation tools (e.g., HubSpot), and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Analytical Capability: Extremely comfortable working with imperfect data sets to drive business outcomes and confident decision-making.
  • Compensation Planning: Proven experience in commission design and optimization, balancing fairness with commercial impact.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills, with the ability to bring clarity to high-pressure or uncertain situations.
  • Problem Solving: Ability to logically and creatively solve problems at pace under ambiguity.
  • Collaborative Mindset: Experience influencing diverse stakeholders without over-reliance on formal authority.
  • Adaptability: A positive, agile mindset with the ability to prioritize ruthlessly in a fast-moving environment.
