1. Who we are

BisonRS (Bison RS HR Consultancies - FZCO) is a specialist RevOps recruitment agency operating across the United Kingdom and Europe. We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your data in accordance with applicable data protection laws including the UK GDPR and EU GDPR.

2. What data we collect

We may collect the following personal data:

  • Candidates: Name, email, phone number, LinkedIn profile, CV/resume, current employer, job title, salary expectations, right to work status, and cover notes.
  • Clients: Company name, contact name, email, phone number, and job requirement details.
  • Website visitors: Email address (when subscribing to newsletters, job alerts, or downloading resources), and standard web analytics data.
  • Website visitors (with your consent): IP address and browsing activity on this site, used to identify the organisation you are visiting from. See section 4 below.

3. How we use your data

  • To match candidates with suitable job opportunities
  • To process job applications and share with relevant hiring managers
  • To respond to client hiring requirements
  • To send job alerts and newsletter communications (with your consent)
  • To provide salary benchmarking and market insights
  • To improve our website and services

4. Cookies and website analytics

We use two kinds of analytics on this website:

  • Essential, privacy-preserving analytics. We use Vercel Analytics to count page views and measure site performance. It does not use cookies and does not identify individual visitors.
  • Company identification (optional, consent-based). We use Snitcher, which uses cookies and your IP address to work out which organisation you are browsing from. This tells us that, for example, someone at a particular SaaS company read our salary benchmarking content. It is aimed at identifying companies, not individuals, but because it processes your IP address and browsing activity it counts as personal data under the UK and EU GDPR.

Snitcher is only loaded if you accept it in the cookie banner. Our lawful basis is your consent, and if you decline, no Snitcher cookies are set and no data is sent to them at all. You can change your mind at any time:

5. Data sharing

We share candidate data with prospective employers only with your knowledge and for the purpose of progressing job applications. We may also share data with our CRM provider (Stardex) for recruitment management purposes, and — where you have consented — with our website analytics provider (Snitcher). We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

6. Data retention

We retain candidate data for up to 2 years after your last interaction with us, unless you request earlier deletion. Client data is retained for the duration of our business relationship.

7. Your rights

You have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your data
  • Withdraw consent for marketing communications
  • Withdraw consent for analytics cookies, using the link in section 4
  • Request data portability
