Having recently secured a strategic partnership with a leading Private Equity fund, this company is positioned to 5x its growth over the next 4–5 years . Following a successful initial RevOps launch spearheaded by an external consultant, we are now looking for a Senior Revenue Operations Manager to take the reins, fully own the function, and build a world-class global Go-To-Market (GTM) engine. The Role Reporting directly to the C-suite (including the CRO) and working in close alignment with Sales, Marketing, Client Success, and Finance, you will play a transformative role in driving operational excellence. This is a rare, high-impact opportunity to elevate existing foundations, create streamlined, data-driven processes, and directly influence the company’s global scale-up trajectory. Key Responsibilities Strategic Alignment: Collaborate closely with Finance, Sales, Client Success, and Marketing to design, implement, and execute cohesive revenue strategies. CRM Optimization: Own and refine the CRM architecture ( HubSpot ), driving reporting accuracy and automating processes to eliminate friction. Sales Methodology: Implement and oversee the MEDDPICC framework, ensuring consistency, predictability, and efficiency across all sales pipelines. (nice to have experience in MEDDPICC or MEDDIC) Data & Analytics: Develop and monitor key revenue metrics, delivering actionable, data-driven insights to guide executive business decisions. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster alignment across departments regarding pipeline management, demand generation, and revenue forecasting. AI Innovation: Actively explore and integrate emerging AI tools and evolving tech stacks to fundamentally transform and elevate GTM operations. Who You Are Experience: 5+ years of dedicated experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a closely related GTM function within the SaaS industry . Systems Expert: Deep hands-on experience and solid proficiency with HubSpot CRM . Methodology: Strong familiarity with the MEDDPICC sales methodology is highly preferred. Analytical Mindset: A passion for clean data, analytics, and building structured systems that solve complex problems. Stakeholder Management: Exceptional communication skills with a proven track record of building strong relationships with internal stakeholders and presenting data clearly to executive leadership.
