Role Summary

We're looking for a GTM Analyst (Mid to Senior level) to provide high-quality analysis, reporting, and operational insight to support effective sales performance management and informed commercial decision-making. As part of the Revenue Operations (RevOps) function, you will focus on delivering clear visibility across performance and budget-to-target cascade mechanics. You will support the end-to-end sales lifecycle by developing core KPIs and reporting tools used by leadership to monitor pipeline health, conversion rates, and forecasting accuracy. This role is ideal for an analytically strong, detail-oriented professional looking to develop deep expertise in sales performance management and RevOps within an enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities

KPI & Framework Definition: Refine sales KPIs to ensure they are well-defined, measurable, and aligned with commercial objectives.

Target Cascade Mechanics: Translate budgets into actionable targets and quotas through structured analysis and assumption validation.

Performance Reporting: Develop and maintain standards for core reporting, including:

  • Pipeline health and deal progression
  • Conversion rates and win/loss analysis
  • Sales productivity and forecasting accuracy

Strategic Insights: Provide regular and ad-hoc analysis to sales leadership, translating complex data into insights regarding trends, risks, and opportunities.

Sales Process Consulting: Advise on stage definitions, account/territory structures, and coverage models to shape organizational efficiency.

Governance & Compliance: Support CRM compliance and booking rules, ensuring accurate opportunity data and adherence to agreed standards.

Expected Experience

Professional Background: 3–5 years of experience in Commercial Governance, Deals Desk, Revenue Operations, or Sales Operations.

Industry Acumen: Proven track record of strategic insight and commercial acumen within enterprise software sales enablement.

Analytical Expertise: Expert-level ability to analyze sales pipelines, forecasting accuracy, and performance drivers to support senior leadership.

Sales Performance Management: Demonstrated capability in defining sales KPIs, supporting planning cycles, and contributing to budget-to-quota setting processes.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Experience partnering with Sales, Finance, and RevOps teams to align performance insights with broader revenue and growth objectives.
